Krav Maga Global

Krav Maga Global is a recently formed organisation headed by Eyal Yanilov, the right hand student of the creator of the Krav Maga system Imi Lichtenfeld. As the Krav Maga system came of age and the system rapidly spread across the world through an ever increasing number of schools, largely due to the continuous travel and promotion by Eyal, the need for a truly professional organisation to manage and promote the system across the globe became apparent. So Krav Maga Global was born.

In Australia, Krav Maga Global is now the largest Krav Maga organisation here with 95% of instructors that were previously part of the old International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) transferring across. The IKMF stills exists here but as a small not for profit entity.

We have over 50 instructors across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth with our instructor base increasing by 20% each year. However it is not size that is of most importance to us. Maintaining quality standards, especially with a reputation to protect give our extensive work with government agencies and continuously evolving a relevant and modern defensive tactics syllabus supported by a professional and responsive support structure are of highest concern.

Led by the person who has single handedly done more than any other to promote and develop the Krav Maga system across the world in the past 20 years, Eyal Yanilov, we are Krav Maga Global.
