Personal training is a great way to jump start your progression in Krav Maga and accelerate your learning. It is also another option for those people that are unable to make it to regular classes.

2. Defending against violent, sudden attacks (hands only)
3. Defending against attacks with the legs
4. Basic combatives on the ground

9. Defences against stick attacks
10. Defences against threats with a knife
11. Defences against imminent knife attacks
12. Preventative measures though habitual change
13. Defending against multiple attackers
14. Continuation training

Pricing
1 person: $65 per hour
Buy x5 sessions for $300 ($60 per session)
Buy x10 sessions for $550 (55 per session)

2 people: $50 per person per hour
Buy x 5 sessions = $200 ($40 per session)

3 to 4 people: $40 per person per hour
Buy x 5 sessions = $150 ($30 per session)
