PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training is a great way to jump start your progression in Krav Maga and accelerate your learning. It is also another option for those people that are unable to make it to regular classes.

The sessions are available for all ages (children and adults).


KETTLEBELL TRAINING
We are now offering the chance to train in kettlebells with Karen who is a qualified Hardstyle Kettlebell Instructor (HKC).

Kettlebell training is a great compliment to Krav training as it maintains your all-round fitness and all-purpose strength.

If you have always wanted to give it a go, why not contact us to arrange a session! You can either do one on one sessions or look at training with a friend or try small group training.
