Training

CLASS STRUCTURE

No matter what training option you decide to undertake, the general structure of the session will be as follows:

WARM-UP
To ensure your body is prepared for the class, we conduct games and activities to warm you up and stretch. These activities are analogies that relate to the content of the class, therefore even during the warm up you will be learning practical skills.

COMBATIVES
This is your opportunity to learn and practise various punches and kicks that form the basics of Krav Maga. This is a fantastic cardio workout, including drills and activities that are self paced allowing you to increase your fitness, confidence and proficiency.

TECHNIQUES
Now we get our breath back! Heres where we introduce new releases and counters to common holds and attacks, so you can apply your combatives. Types of attacks include:

• Punches
• Bearhugs
• Headlocks
• Attacks while on the Ground
• Threat and attacks with weapons

SCENARIOS
Lets take what we have learnt in class, and previous sessions, and combine your skills using games and activities to practice, in a realistic way. Yep that’s right, another great cardio workout!
