How Can I Train?

Below are just some of the various ways you can train in Krav Maga:

REGULAR CLASSES
Keep your skills fresh. Self defence is a skill that requires practice. Regular awareness and physical training is the key to becoming proficient.


PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training is a great way to jump start your progression in Krav Maga and accelerate your learning. It is also another option for those people that are unable to make it to regular classes. Please click on the Personal Training tab on the left hand side for more information.


GROUP TRAINING
Bring along some friends or family, benefit, and save money by learning in a small group. Enjoy activities and scenarios in a familiar and fun environment. Simply tell us where and when you want to train, we will work around your schedule.


CORPORATE SESSIONS
Build a confident team of professional employees. Arm them with the ability to protect themselves and one another at home and in the work place.
